Slower movements allow you to build strength and awareness, while creating a practice that feels good and safe for your body. No experience necessary - Great for beginner, intermediate and advanced students.

Space heated to a moderate 85 degrees. You will sweat!!



Taylor Davis

Fav Yoga Posture: Pigeon! Although I am a strong advocate for one inversion a day ;)

Profession: I run a medical marijuana processing company.

Off the Mat: I am an artist off the mat. You can always catch me drawing. I enjoy making a mess with paint, fluid pours are my jam! I’m also obsessed with my dogs and love to spend every second possible with them.

What’s Up: I’m all about KINDNESS and LOVE <3

Why Yoga: Yoga taught me to connect with myself. It is my safe space. That being said, I strive to make the space we share safe and inviting so my students are able to find that connection and vulnerability, if they choose. A lot happens on the mat, and for me it translates into everyday life. Learning how to handle stress (physical or mental) is something I owe completely to yoga. Weird things happen when you’re holding a pose with sweat dripping in your eyes....

Taylor’s Trip to Yoga: After researching YTT’s in Oklahoma for years, I finally took the leap with 405. I was craving connection, feeling a little lost in life, just kind of chillin waiting for the next thing. I loved taking class.. why not teach? My first class there was the first day of TT (wowzas). After that I was hooked. I truly transformed in that room and created lasting connections with the best humans in the world. I found my confidence during this time. Now, it is so important to me to help facilitate that for other yogis. I encourage others to connect with themselves and find their confidence. Let’s flow!

Megan Burnett

Hometown: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Fav Yoga Posture: Visvamitrasana. "I love that it’s not just a balance pose, or a strength pose or a flexibility pose. It’s all three!"
Off the mat: When not in the studio, she's with her son, romping outside, dancing, and playing her ukulele.
What’s Up: She is also a professional belly dancer and fire performer!
Why Yoga: "Yoga helps me find the balance I seek in every part of my life. It is my reminder to breathe, my place to restore my mind and my body, my calm in the midst of a storm and my time to honor my connection, my intention and myself."
Megan’s Trip to Yoga: A devoted dancer and athlete her whole life, Megan has a passion for movement and sharing the joy and the balance that dancing and yoga both guide us to. In 2006, after dabbling in a few 'gym yoga' classes, she took her first studio class with an instructor who actually touched her and helped align her properly into a pose. She was hooked and immediately started to see a transformation in her dance training and her life. Seeking to also empower others with the tools to find balance within themselves, she acquired her 220 hour Kunga Yoga teaching certification in 2011 and has now earned the distinction of E-RYT 200 and YACEP. She studies and teaches a wide variety of yoga: hatha, vinyasa, power flow, The Rocket, yin, restorative, prenatal, gentle, sahaja dance flow, yoga for athletes, yoga for dancers, and more. She is passionate about teaching healthy alignment and yoga 'from the ground up', hands-on alignment, and creating classes that are both playful and soulful, drawing both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Her students like to call this 'yummy yoga'!
