Restore. 405’s Yin Yoga is 60 minutes of pure TLC for your body, tapping into your deep connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and fascia through passive stretching. Enjoy a prop supported sequence and relaxing playlist that vary per instructor, but with that same great community vibe every time.
Please bring layers to class as yin tends to cool the body. Open to practitioners of any level. Space heated gently.

Journey to Yoga: I was first introduced to yoga as an undergraduate university student at Arizona State University in 2003. Through the years, I continued to practice intermittently but always wanted to go deeper with my practice than the occasional general public course could take me. In 2020, I completed 405’s very own 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program and the Yin Yoga certification workshop in February 2021.
Profession: I am a working paleoecologist (plant fossil nerd) and an Associate Professor of Environmental Science & Biology at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
Off the Mat: I can be found outside! I love kayaking and hiking in the mountains whenever possible.
